I sometimes wonder if we here in the US and Canada are difficult for the Scottish or Irish to understand. Never been in that situation. I’m hard of hearing and wear dual hearing aids - they help me hear but don’t help with accents of any sort. Lovely, however, to (attempt) to listen to.
